Your rental includes all the tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, and glassware. You can choose to hold just your reception here or have your ceremony and reception at the same location. This space leans into the history of the building and accommodates 300. The Grill Room is a stylish space with milk glass windows, vintage chandeliers, arched ceilings with elegant designs, and hand-painted murals. It holds 100 guests. The Tudor Ballroom is the largest event space at Hotel Kansas City, with its defining feature being a two-story stained glass mural. I especially love the bridal suite located in one of the loft spaces. There is also a room for the groom to get ready, with a private deck and wet bar. Overnight suites are becoming a popular amenity newer wedding venues feature. White Iron Ridge has a private honeymoon suite and six guest suites that accommodate up to 20 guests overnight.
